A Question of Color
After being adopted into a dysfunctional family to later be used as farm labor, Dan grew up rejected by both blacks and whites in the U.S. While being forced to relocate with his family, Daniel Cardwell made a stand to live alone at age fourteen. By the time he was thirty he had already impacted millions of lives around the globe through his work facilitating the building of cancer treatment centers in less developed countries and administering cancer treatment in the U.S. and abroad. While attending college to further his education, Daniel stumbled upon his childhood picture in national magazines motivating him to unlock the secrets of his origin. A Question of Color details Daniel’s upbringing, subsequent 25 year search for his birth mother, and his choosing to be neither black or white – but to just an American.
